Warranty Information:

JustPackCanada guarantees that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. We offer the option of repairing, replacing, or exchanging the merchandise, at our discretion, in accordance with the terms of this warranty.

• If the original product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item.

Exclusions from Warranty:

• This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons, or mishandling by airlines or carriers.
• For damages incurred during airline or carrier handling, the owner must file a damage claim with the respective airline or carrier.

Limitations of Liability:

• The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including loss or damage to the contents of the product.
